1. Acceptance of Terms 

By submitting an inquiry, enrolling in a course, making a payment, or accessing course materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

2. Parties to This Agreement 

This agreement is between: 

• You, the learner or corporate client 

• JOIN Solutions, the local reseller and enrollment partner 

• e‑Careers, the course provider 

• CIPD (UK), the awarding body 

3. Role Clarification

• JOIN Solutions is not the course provider and does not deliver academic content. 

• e‑Careers is responsible for course delivery, tutors, assessments, and learning platform access. 

• CIPD is responsible for qualification standards and certification. 

  
  

4. Course Description 

CIPD Level 3 and Level 5 qualifications are delivered fully online in English through e‑Careers’ learning platform. 

5. Eligibility 

To enroll, learners must: 

• Be at least 18 years old 

• Have sufficient English proficiency to complete academic study 

• Be authorized by their employer for corporate enrollments 

6. HRDF / Hadaf Disclaimer 

CIPD courses may be listed as eligible for HRDF (Hadaf) support. 

HRDF reimbursement is not guaranteed and is subject to:

• Individual eligibility 

• Employer registration and approval 

• HRDF policies and approval decisions 

  
  

JOIN Solutions provides guidance only and is not responsible for HRDF approval or reimbursement outcomes. 

7. Fees and Payments 

• Course fees are displayed at the time of enrollment. 

• Payment must be completed before course access is granted. 

• Installment plans are subject to approval and agreed terms. 

8. Refund Policy 

• A 14‑day cooling‑off period applies from the enrollment date, provided limited course access has occurred. 

• No refunds are available if HRDF reimbursement is declined. 

• No refunds are provided for exam failure or non‑completion. 

9. Course Access and Completion 

• CIPD Level 3: 12 months access 

• CIPD Level 5: 18 months access 

Extensions may be available subject to additional fees. 

10. Intellectual Property 

All course materials are the intellectual property of e‑Careers and CIPD. Learners are granted a personal, non‑transferable license for study purposes only. 

Content may not be copied, shared, or used commercially.
